2018 Veterans Day Remembrance Service

Veterans Day is Officially Observed annually on November 11, to honor those who served in the Armed Forces. It coincides with other holidays, including Armistice Day and Remembrance Day, that mark the anniversary of the end of World War One. As is the tradition of camp #1209 to honor present and past veterans, the camp will hold a short service to honor our veterans in Hemming Park at the Confederate Monument on Sunday 11/11/2018 at 11am sharp. We will quickly hold a service, then we will immediately head to Old City Cemetery and set up for an Event there at 2:00pm with the city. We will be passing out Flags for the Veterans and would like as many to attend as possible. Please attend and help celebrate the veterans who made this chance possible for us.
